How to Use Microsoft OneDrive

Problem:  Staff are encountering issues uploading large files to send to colleagues.

​

Solution: Present users with various ways to learn and get comfortable. One is a short video explaining what OneDrive is and how to use it aimed at an experienced user, whereas, an interactive simulator, gives less experienced users the chance practice worry-free.

Problem: Unique ways to connect with customer base and potential new customers.

Solution: Using social media, and store run workshops, many unique resources were designed and developed to elevate the brand and connecting with the audience through building product knowledge.

How to Navigate Workplace Conflict

Problem:  Workplace conflict is scary and difficult to navigate.

Solution:  These courses breakdown the causes of conflict, personality types, communication styles, tips to navigate, and most importantly a step-by-step guide when conflict is disrupting productivity or office morale. â€‹â€‹
